Sugnesh founded ActiveLife Home Therapy because he saw firsthand what happens when rehabilitation stops at the hospital door. With over a decade of clinical experience across acute care, subacute rehab, and home care settings, he built this practice around a single belief: that patients recover better in the environment where they actually live.
He holds a Master's in Occupational Therapy from Dominican College, is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), and is completing his Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at NYU Steinhardt. He is licensed in New Jersey and certified by NBCOT.
